I live in Connecticut, where my art practice centers on drawing and printmaking. I’m interested in looking at the world and finding evocative ways to represent it with line. That same impulse pulls me toward commonplace subjects, where the act of drawing can itself be the focus. Rather than illustrating a story, each drawing records a subjective encounter between the outside world and an introspective process of attention, exploration, and invention.
