In August of 2025, I went hiking through Glacier National Park in northern Montana. Like so many other visitors, I was struck by the grandeur and immensity of the place. I wanted to capture it quickly, with very few lines; so, I tried to find an abbreviation, a shorthand for majesty. The 20 completed etchings below were printed in editions of 5 plus an artist’s proof.
